Carl Craig & Moritz Von Oswald: Recomposed LP (Deutsche Grammophon) Absolutely hated it with a passion upon its release, but time has eroded (but not eradicated) any negativity. The expected union of classical and electronic has never worked for me (barring the annoying exception of the brilliance that is Murcof). Worse things to get angry about I know, but still. Whilst this had the expected response from the broadsheet classes. And admittedly any initiative to get the impeccable Deustche Grammophon into the reach of a newer, possibly younger audience is a good idea. It was the end result that lacked, an execution that sadly felt flat despite some pretty astonishing moments.
